Execution of the order

The customer shall return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw is communicated.

Return
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to JUNTAS VARGORT SLU, to the address AVD ARAONA TALLERES11 NAVE 5,08210 SANTIGA (BARBERA DEL VALLES)(BARCELONA), without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalised. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
Refund of payment
The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the customer shall be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.

Return of the defective product
